I have always believed that sharing kindness and adopting a gentle attitude contribute significantly to attracting positive outcomes our life. I can attest to the remarkable impact of this approach, witnessing how it brings about a positive shift in my experiences and interactions with others.

I grew up with a strong desire to build something meaningful and significant. From a young age, I often wondered what would give my life purpose, and gradually, I began to realize that the key to success lies in mindset and the ability to dream big.


My journey hasn't always been clear or easy, but I've found that maintaining a positive, goal-oriented mindset has helped me tackle each challenge with determination and creativity. I've never been one to settle for the status quo; instead, I've consistently looked for ways to innovate, learn, and grow. 

Over the years, I've worked on projects that demanded vision, perseverance, and the capacity to dream big. I've learned that it's not only important to have ambitious dreams, but also to create a concrete plan to turn them into reality. And as the journey continues, I grow increasingly convinced that the key to success is the courage to believe in yourself and the determination to take action. 

This is my story: one of dedication, passion, and the commitment to adapt to various roles and pathways, all connected by the same thread of communication, discipline, and a vision of a limitless future. I hope that my experience inspires others to dream big and to pursue their goals with passion. Because, ultimately, true success is building a life you love and making a difference in the world by contributing your talents to serve others.


Since my student days, I often wondered which skill of mine stood out the most. Thanks to my career, I've had the chance to discover and cultivate it: communication.

Effective communication has been pivotal in helping me excel in various roles, including training, hosting webinars, and leading meetings. Today, I firmly believe that positive and constructive communication is the cornerstone of leadership; without it, true leadership cannot exist.




Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.

Wake Up 


Waking up early has numerous benefits, such as giving you more time to plan your day, focus on personal development, and start the day with a clear mind. It can also lead to increased productivity and better mental health.



Meditation helps reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and improve focus. It is a valuable practice for both personal and professional growth. A few minutes of meditation can help you stay calm in challenging situations and improve overall well-being.



Running is an excellent form of exercise that boosts cardiovascular health, improves mood, and increases energy levels. It also supports personal resilience and overall fitness.

Cold Shower


Cold showers can invigorate the body, improve circulation, and boost mood by stimulating the release of endorphins. They can also increase resilience, strengthen the immune system, and contribute to better mental and physical health.

Salty Breakfast


A nutritious breakfast with proteins rather than sugar, can be beneficial for replenishing electrolytes and providing energy to start the day. It can help maintain focus and energy levels throughout the morning.

To Do list


Creating a to-do list helps organize your tasks, prioritize your goals, and keep you on track. It can lead to improved productivity and a sense of accomplishment as you check off completed tasks.

what else about my habits

  • I read about one book each month, finding them to be invaluable sources for learning, inspiration, and idea development. Writing is also a passion of mine, and I've published several books. You can find more information about my publications below.

  • I generally avoid alcohol, but when there's something worth celebrating, I enjoy Italian red wine.

  • As for coffee, I limit myself to two cups per day, with the second being decaffeinated and taken after lunch.

  • I get everyday supplementary Vitamins like: A, D, B12, Omega. 

  • When I play with my children, I ensure I'm fully present by leaving my smartphone aside. I enjoy immersing myself in every activity, especially when spending time with them.

  • I typically go to bed around 9:30 p.m., allowing me to wake up at 5:00 a.m. and get a full 7 hours of rest.

  • At least an hour before bedtime, I avoid all screens, including TV, smartphones, or tablets.

  • To aid in relaxation and connect with my subconscious, I listen to 432 Hz music while I sleep.

  • If I have my smartphone in the bedroom, I keep it on airplane mode during the night to minimize disruptions and promote a more restful sleep.
