2007 - 2011
DECK OFFICER JUNIOR
I started working on board when was twenty years old. At that time, I only knew that I wanted to discover the world; I loved exploring cultures and countries. However, the gap between expectation and reality hit me hard. my first six years, aside from traveling, I also faced tough weather, challenging moments, and toxic work environments. I don't regret a single day; it helped me grow, to dream, and to learn that sometimes, you have to change the context to change the outcome.
2012 - 2020

DECK OFFICER SENIOR
I will forever treasure the memory of my first day on the cruise ships, a moment when my dream became a reality. This experience has deeply influenced my perspective on ethics, safety protocols, and the true meaning of leadership. To view this time as just a job would underestimate its importance; it truly represented my dream career. My gratitude towards Royal Caribbean is immense and lasting, and I will always hold the company in high regard.

Royal Caribbean appointed me as a Training Officer, a role I undertook in conjunction with my position on board. This assignment marked a pivotal moment in my career, unveiling a new realm of professional opportunities. During this time I understood the importance of Public Speaking.
2022

It became increasingly evident that communication was my foremost skill, prompting me to fully develop and refine it in all its aspects."

My time at Csmart has been exceptional as a Nautical Instructor, where I delivered courses, utilized simulators, and reviewed materials. Located in the Netherlands, this esteemed maritime training center is recognized for its excellence and professionalism. I felt honored to be part of Carnival Corporation’s team, yet has been a short chapter of my journey.

UAE invites experts from around the world every year, and I have been honored to be assigned as a Senior Instructor in several disciplines and courses, helping other captains improve their skills in leadership communication on board. Working for one of the largest corporations between Abu Dhabi and Dubai has been a great dream come true.

Today, I continue to present similar events worldwide in the roles of keynote speaker and moderator connecting with CEOs and entrepreneurs to enhance their companies' leadership and communication.
