During my career, I have worked with several companies, different type of ships and parallel initiatives and projects.
This contribuited to consolidate a strong background and a natural passion for the maritime industry.

When I've joined on board for the first time in 2003, I was only 16 years old. I was still a school cadet when the teacher managed to organize a stage on board a chemical tanker, and I was excited to join on, since that time, I have never stopped to smell salt and wind.

"The pandemic period posed significant challenges for the maritime industry. Nonetheless, owing to my demonstrated efforts with Royal Caribbean, I was appointed as a Training Officer. In this capacity, I was tasked with creating presentations on land and subsequently delivering them on board. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in implementing projects such as the Polar Code and the Safety Start-Up initiative in the aftermath of the pandemic.

Concurrently, I continued to serve under contracts as a Deck Officer and Trainer. This multifaceted experience proved invaluable, as it illuminated the importance of communication and training in my career, guiding me towards these areas as my next professional steps."

Thanks to my extensive network and experience, I've engaged in several consulting projects and the launch of an online training platform, which I had the opportunity to refine with HMC.
In this positive environment, I've discovered the ideal workplace where I can fully leverage my strengths. This encompasses not only the maritime sector but also extends to marketing, communication, and strategic goal setting.
Working within this framework, I've been able to combine my industry knowledge with innovative approaches to achieve successful project outcomes. My expertise has allowed me to build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the growth and success of the companies I collaborate with. This blend of technical skills and business acumen has enabled me to bring fresh perspectives and solutions to every project I undertake.

DREAM IN BIG
This project aimed to assist the new generation of students in finding more information about maritime career paths after school.
​
Initially, I was presenting new solutions to maritime schools in Italy and holding numerous meetings with them.
​
Due to the high demand, this project evolved into a freelance activity, where I conducted consultancy meetings with officers on board ships who were looking to change their company or position.
​
Recently, it has become a fully-fledged company, allowing me to delegate tasks to a professional team of content creators, captains, teachers, and officers. Together, we enhance careers and ensure alignment with their skills and full potential.
