How do you step onto a stage with such confidence?
How do you become number one?
What are the real secrets behind achieving a goal?
For years, I tried countless things without ever finding clear answers. Then, after many attempts, my moment arrived. Even though I still see myself as a lifelong student, constantly evolving, I’ve learned a few truths that I believe can benefit you too.
I share them humbly, without claiming to be a guru. But I feel grateful enough to life to give something back.

1. Choose an Area That Resonates with Your Talent
I chose public speaking not because I thought I was good at it, but because others kept telling me so. When I worked on cruise ships, my students appreciated my style, passion, and ability to explain complex ideas simply.
The same applies to you. Choose an area where you know you might have at least some chance. Find something that resonates with you.
2. Make It Resonate with Many
Whether it’s a product, a service, or a speech, ensure people can see themselves in it. Whenever I write a script, I ask myself: Who am I speaking to?
The clearer your audience avatar, the stronger the resonance. This connection is vital for impactful communication.
3. Preparation ×100
Preparation is non-negotiable. I personally rehearse my speeches at least three times a day for an entire month. I often see CEOs underestimate this. The result is usually embarrassing.
Why take the risk? Proper preparation can make all the difference.

4. Shift Perspective: You Are Not the Protagonist
In a job interview, a sales call, or on stage, remember this: it’s not about you; it’s about them. Focus on how you are perceived, not how you look.
This shift in perspective can help you connect better with your audience.
5. Authenticity Above All
You don’t need to impress. You need to connect. Ego wants you to shine, but authenticity is what truly moves people.
In a world that is increasingly artificial, authenticity is priceless. It sets you apart and builds trust.
6. Welcome Constructive Criticism
Before any speech, I test it with my public speaking students. Their feedback helps me grow. Stay humble enough to listen and wise enough to apply it.
Constructive criticism is a tool for improvement. Embrace it!
7. Give Yourself Time
In a dopamine-driven world, waiting feels unbearable. But success takes time. Trust the process.
Patience is key. Remember, great things take time to develop.

8. Surround Yourself with Positive People
Negative people drain energy and kill momentum. Choose your circle wisely: friends, clients, colleagues, and partners.
Positive influences can propel you forward.
9. Find a Mentor
Someone who has already walked your path can help you avoid painful mistakes. Mentorship accelerates growth.
Seek out those who inspire you and learn from their experiences.
10. Compete Only with Yourself
Don’t try to become someone else. Become the best version of yourself. Dream big. Visualize success before achieving it. There are no limits, except the ones you set.
If you’ve read this far, you already have the formula.
Now it’s time to apply it.
P.S. I don’t wish you good luck. Luck is for those who are unprepared. The best way to predict the future is to create it.
